AMD/Bluestack have announced their new App store for PCs/Macs. Now you can run many of your favorite Android phone apps on your desktop. Use productivity apps or just waste time playing Word with Friends, etc right from your desktop.
With Windows 8 coming out next month with a touchscreen friendly interface available for those with touchscreen computers and Windows tablets this is a timely launch. You can interact with the apps with a mouse and keyboard as well, of course.
